In 2015 we started Insight Vision from the ground up. As two foreigners living in Germany it was not easy to do so. Yet, through our shared passion and love for design and build we took on the challenge of starting a business here. We have since then faced many obstacles and challenges. However we have gained many successful moments and memorable highlights as well. Starting a company in a foreign country is quite the challenge. However thanks to this experience, there is absolutely nothing we dare not face in the future. Our combined expert skills, seasoned background and never ending excitement for design and build make a foolproof solution for any designing concept that needs professional direction and an executable plan of action. Designing and creating a sophisticated and usable interior space is not our job, but our life and we love it!
Our brand
Our brand is a solidified representation of a unified combination made up of who our customers are and who we are as a team. Having a limitless understanding of creating something out of nothing, is a deep rooted ambition that sits all too well with us. Our common objective is to create an interior space where it is comfortable to be and where every square meter is optimally furnished for harmony and cosiness.

The office is located in the city centre of Wiesbaden, just 15 minutes’ away from Frankfurt Airport. Our team is international; we speak English, German, Russian and Dutch. Over the years we have created a multitude of designs for hotels, apartments, villas, offices, cafes and restaurants, all with different sizes and budgets.
Our team of professionals is led by interior designer Marina Oleynik and our manager Alex Blommestijn.
Marina Oleynik
Graduated in 2007 cum laude from the Moscow State University as an interior designer. She worked from 2006 till 2008 in the design studio of the famous Moscow interior designer Diana Balashova. In 2008 Marina made a decision to leave her job as an interior designer and start an interior design company in Russia. She started an independent career as an interior designer in Russia and created numerous interiors for dozens of private and corporate customers.
Alex Blommestijn
Worked for 11 years at the largest restoration institution in the Netherlands, Stadsherstel Amsterdam N.V.
As project manager of restoration projects he developed many projects in and around Amsterdam. He developed a boutique hotel with about 50 beds in the centre of Haarlem, an old church building converted into office space and several canal houses in Amsterdam city centre.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Built Environment (specialization Project management and Real Estate) and work experience as a project manager in Real Estate he started a new study to expand his knowledge in real estate development. He studied at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and graduated in 2013 with the degree of Master of Science in Real Estate.
